Overview

Turning, branching, reducing.

Two ranges complement the connection technology: pipe fittings to ASME BPE with clamp connection in OD dimensions and reducers to DIN11865 with weld end in DIN, ISO and OD dimensions.

  • Pipe bends 90°, 45° and 180°
  • T-piece equal, equal short and reduced, cross piece
  • Reducer concentric and eccentric, with clamp connection or weld end
  • End cap for orbital welding
  • Product contact 316L, DIN11865 reducers in 1.4435 BN2 (316L)
  • Surfaces bright or electropolished down to Ra < 0.4 µm
  • Product-contact parts marked with article number, material and heat number
  • Inspection certificate 3.1 to EN10204

90°, 45° and 180°, ASME BPEPipe Bends

Designs DT-16, DT-17 and DT-24 with clamp connection at both ends, OD ½" to OD 4".

equal, short or reduced, ASME BPET-pieces and Cross Piece

T-piece equal (DT-18), equal short (DT-27) and reduced (DT-19), cross piece equal (DT-18). All branches with clamp connection, OD ½" to OD 4".

Design DT-21 with clamp connection at both ends, from OD ¾" to ½" up to OD 4" to 3".

With weld end to DIN11866 series A, B and C. With the concentric reducer the pipe axis stays the same, with the eccentric one it is offset.

Closes off a pipe end by orbital welding, OD ½" to OD 4".
