Process Hoses and Fittings

Process hoses, hose assemblies and hygienic hose fittings for gases and liquids. For plants where cleanability, flexibility, traceability and material compatibility matter.

−70…+260°C, depending on hose type
1.6…102mm inner diameter, depending on type
DIN04–DIN100size range, also ISO and OD

Overview

The hose suits the medium. The fitting suits the line.

The range covers different hose materials, reinforcements, pressure and temperature ranges and connection standards. Pressure and temperature depend on the selected hose type.

  • For gases and liquids
  • Hoses in silicone, PTFE, EPDM and TPE
  • With and without reinforcement
  • Reusable or pressed fittings
  • Connections to several hygienic standards
  • Complete hose assemblies
  • Electrically conductive versions for ATEX zone 0
  • Product-contact materials marked with article number, material and LOT number
  • Conformity FDA, USP Class VI, USDA, BGA XV, EU.Ph.3.1.9

PTFE

PTFE hoses. Chemically resistant, up to 260 °C.

For applications requiring chemical resistance and durability. Reinforced with fibre and wire or with stainless steel braid, optionally electrically conductive.

PTFE, fibre and wire

ID 13–100 mm · −40 to 150 °CPTFE, fibre and wire

Stable construction, crinkle resistant.

PTFE, conductive, fibre and wire

ID 13–100 mm · −40 to 150 °CPTFE, conductive, fibre and wire

Electrically conductive, ATEX zone 0.

PTFE, stainless steel braid

ID 6.71–26.11 mm · −70 to 260 °CPTFE, stainless steel braid

Highest temperature range.

PTFE, stainless steel braid, silicone cover

ID 6.71–26.1 mm · −70 to 200 °CPTFE, stainless steel braid, silicone cover

Protected outer layer, easy to clean.

PTFE, stainless steel braid, for ATEX

ID 6.71–26.11 mm · −70 to 260 °CPTFE, stainless steel braid, for ATEX

ATEX zone 0.

PTFE, conductive, silicone cover

ID 10.3–19.8 mm · −70 to 200 °CPTFE, conductive, silicone cover

Stainless steel braid under a silicone cover. Electrically conductive, ATEX zone 0.

Silicone

Silicone hoses. From small bores up to 102 mm.

With and without reinforcement for hygienic transfer lines. The reinforcement determines stability, kink resistance and temperature range.

Silicone, non-reinforced

ID 1.6–19.1 mm · −60 to 200 °CSilicone, non-reinforced

Without fibre reinforcement. Odourless and tasteless.

Silicone, fibre reinforced

ID 2.95–25.4 mm · −60 to 135 °CSilicone, fibre reinforced

With fibre reinforcement. Odourless and tasteless.

Silicone, fibre reinforced, crinkle resistant

ID 3.18–31.75 mm · −60 to 180 °CSilicone, fibre reinforced, crinkle resistant

With fibre reinforcement. Stable construction, crinkle resistant.

Silicone, aramid reinforced

ID 5–55 mm · −40 to 140 °CSilicone, aramid reinforced

Aramid fibre reinforcement for stable, flexible use. Only with screw-in fitting.

Silicone, fibre and wire

ID 13–102 mm · −60 to 200 °CSilicone, fibre and wire

Reinforced with fibre and wire, flexible and crinkle resistant. Largest diameter range.

EPDM

For cleaning and steam.

EPDM, for cleaning media

ID 10–65 mm · −40 to 164 °CEPDM, for cleaning media

Reinforced with synthetic textiles.

EPDM, for steam

ID 13–102 mm · −60 to 164 °CEPDM, for steam

Reinforced with nylon fabric.
